Drop automake build support.
Add basic cmake build instructions. Change description in README. Deleted empty files: NEWS. Deleted obsolete files: VERSION, kbiff.spec . Substitute "KDE" to "TDE" in the man page. Signed-off-by: gregory guy <gregory-tde@laposte.net>
