Do as little or as much reformatting as desired - everything should be configurable

Features:

Whitespace modifications
 + Indent code (tabs, tabs + spaces, spaces)
   - brace indenting
   - paren continuation
   - '=' continuation
   - broken string continuation
   - comment indenting
 + Add/Remove spaces before/after/between symbols
 + position braces (same line, cuddle else/while, etc)

Non-whitespace modifications
 + Put a '*' on the left in multi-line C comments
 + Add/Remove outter-most parens on return expressions
 + Add braces for 'fully braced' format
