          rdr/ZlibOutStream.cxx, rdr/ZlibOutStream.h, rdr/types.h,
          zrle.cxx, zrleDecode.h, zrleEncode.h: remove original
        C++ ZRLE implementation. Its been ported to C.

        * NEWS: copy the existing ChangeLog to here and make
        this a more detailed ChangeLog.
