TLS plugin for the TQt Cryptographic Architecture (TQCA)

This is a plugin to provide SSL/TLS capability to programs that
utilize the TQt Cryptographic Architecture (TQCA). TQCA is a
library providing an easy API for several cryptographic
algorithms to TQt programs.
