FreeBSD: Update for final release R14.0.8.r14.0.8

Switch from gmake to ninja for CMake builds.
Switch several applications to CMake.
Add ports for several applications.

+KPowersave is a TDE systray applet which allows to control the power
+management settings and policies of your computer.
+It relies on HAL to do the heavy lifting.
