This causes remove of no longer needed dev-tqt/tqtinterface when
dev-tqt/tqt-14.2+ gets installed.
Otherwise if user is upgrading r14.1.x -> 9999 and then downgrading back
to r14.1.x a situation is possible when dev-tqt/tqt is not getting
pulled into rebuild due to all packages depend upon
dev-tqt/tqtinterfacae which already presents in system.
