media-video/transcode: several fixes
- (temporarily) import patches from external tarballs
- rename patches and add notes about what they do as well as origin
information etc.
- fix compilation with gcc-14
- add several fixes, so transcode is actually capable now to do at least
some basic transcoding
- change SRC_URI to TDE-hosted tarball
- change HOMPAGE to webarchive
- DEPEND upon media-video/ffmpeg-compat:4 instead of
media-video/ffmpeg<5
